Who we are
The Fireside Tribe is a podcast about Cameroonian music, diaspora
identity and digital culture, made by its hosts Atem, Anyang and Eunice.
These terms apply to the website https://thefiresidetribe.com and to the content we
publish on our own channels, including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook,
Instagram and Spotify.
By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree,
please do not use the site.

Using the site
You may browse the site, listen to and watch our episodes, and share
links to them, for personal and non-commercial use.
Please do not:
- copy, re-upload or sell our episodes, clips or artwork without our
written permission; - try to break into, overload or disrupt the site;
- use the site for anything illegal.
Our content
The episodes, clips, show notes, artwork, logos and the name “The
Fireside Tribe” belong to The Fireside Tribe or are used with
permission. Music and other material featured in episodes remains the
property of the artists and rights holders. Guests keep the rights to
their own work.
You are welcome to share links to our episodes and to embed them
using the official players provided by YouTube, Spotify and TikTok. For
any other use, such as reposting clips or using our material in your own
production, email us first.
If you believe something on our site or channels infringes your
rights, email thefiresidetribe@gmail.com and we will look at it
promptly.
Social media posting
We use our own self-hosted planner, connected to our own accounts
through the official TikTok, YouTube and Facebook developer tools, to
publish our own content. It is not offered to the public. Our use of
each platform also follows that platform’s own terms.
Comments and messages
Comments are currently switched off on the website. If we turn them
on, or when you message us through the contact form or social media,
please be respectful. We may remove anything that is abusive, hateful,
spam or illegal. By sending us a message or comment, you allow us to
read it and reply.
Links to other sites
The site links to and embeds content from other services such as
YouTube, Spotify and TikTok. We are not responsible for their content or
how they handle your data.
Opinions
Our episodes contain the personal views of the hosts and guests. They
are not professional, legal or financial advice.
No warranty
We provide the website and our content “as is”. We do our best to
keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be
correct, complete, or online without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, The Fireside Tribe and its hosts are
not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use

that cannot be limited by law.
